RBVH Hillsborough Expands Emergency Team with Two New DVMs

We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Wade Zdroik and Dr. Truc Vu to the Emergency & Critical Care team at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital Hillsborough. Their arrival strengthens our ability to deliver timely, expert care for pets requiring urgent medical attention.
Meet the Doctors
Earned his Pre‑Veterinary Science BS from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, with his clinical year at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine.
Recently finished an ER mentorship at VRC, sharpening skills in emergency medicine, critical care, surgery, and anesthesia.
Passionate about feline medicine, as well as freshwater fish keeping and aquascaping—interests that merge animal care, ecosystems, and creative design.
Shares life with two cats: Pippin
(5, from the US) and Podrick
(3, from Nevis in the Caribbean).
New Jersey native who enjoys hiking, fishing (freshwater, saltwater, and ice), birding, and supporting rescue efforts through fostering and volunteering.
Born and raised in Vietnam, bringing a global perspective and a passion for emergency medicine.
Earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences & Neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati.
Completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2025.
Post‑graduate training includes the ER Immerse program at Veterinary Referral Center in Malvern, PA, where she sharpened her skills in emergency medicine and critical care.
Outside of the ER, Dr. Vu enjoys CrossFit, marathon running, cooking, and spending time with her energetic Australian Shepherd, McFlurry (aka Bunny).
